We are Macon.One, creating a green-based construction company for Sustainable Custom Homes we are building on the 153 acres of prime Western North Carolina Mountain Forest.
Offering 10 homes, each custom built with hemp materials, Tesla roof systems and geothermal heating and cooling, in a magical forest setting with mountain views. Walnut Hills, our community is featuring 130+ private acres of Greenspace Land Trusts, forever protected. Offering miles of trails providing a disk golf course on the journey to our summit, Cedar Knob, a geologically surveyed peak at 4000’ with a bald face of nearly a mile and amazing rock formations.
