In the wake of Hurricane Helene, Western North Carolina (WNC) is in dire need of assistance as the devastation is significant. Several local organizations possess the necessary networks to deliver relief supplies to individuals affected by the disaster. The demand for aid is vast, and the recovery process is expected to take years due to the thousands of homes that have been lost and the individuals who have been entirely displaced.
These sites are equipped to store supplies until they are needed and are easily accessible. Transportation in WNC has become challenging, limited to essential traffic only; numerous locations are already inundated with relief goods and lack sufficient capacity for storage and distribution. These centers serve as the key distribution points for relief efforts across WNC.
This list will be updated, those in WNC are so grateful for the support we have received, Thank You Americans!
